Architecture49 Montréal is the Montreal branch of Architecture49, a dynamic architecture and design firm with over 300 staff members across Canada, from St-John’s to Vancouver. We are currently seeking:

Job offer : Intermediate Technologist OR Intermediate Architect

Architecture49 is looking for an intermediate architectural or an intermediate technologist with at least 5 years of experience to join our team.

Main responsibilities:
_ Participate in the advancement of projects
_ Elaborate preliminary reports, plans and construction documents
_ Produce technical drawings and detail specifications
_ Research products, materials and constructive systems
_ Coordination of people and projects
_ Coordination with outside resources and service providers

Required skills:
_ A DEC in architecture technology or a bachelor’s in architecture
_ A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
_ Knowledge of building technology
_ Knowledge of building code
_ Mastery of drawing tools, Autocad and Revit
_ Good communication skills, verbal and written
_ Bilingualism
_ Ability to work in a team
_ Be independent and organised
