Marketing Assistant
Architecture49 is looking for a marketing assistant with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team.
Main responsibilities
_ Assist the Marketing Coordinator
_ Help prepare for marketing meetings, attend the meetings
_ Maintain and update the client management system (CMS)
_ Coordinate and produce contest documentation and offers of service
Specific tasks
_ Layout offers of service and competition documentation in keeping with the A49 Montréal branding
_ Archive, revise and standardize office texts (project sheets, CVs)
_ Extract texts from offers of service to create and maintain a text bank for marketing use
_ Classify and maintain official portfolio photography for A49 Montréal’s portfolio
_ Establish and carry-out monthly social network plan (Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn)
_ Establish and update a press list by sector
_ Produce internal communications (a MailChimp newsletter, internal press releases, media monitoring and the organization of social activities, etc.)
Required skills
_ A college or university degree in communications, marketing or another relevant field
_ A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience
_ Knowledge of, and interest in Quebec architecture and design
_ Excellent French writing skills
_ Experience in the production of promotional material
_ Good working knowledge of InDesign
_ Creativity, organization, precision and independence
_ Bilingualism
_ A sense for business and customer service
